3. Enquiries, consultations and quotations
Submitting an enquiry or requesting a consultation does not create a building contract, guarantee availability or oblige either party to proceed.
Any website price, timeframe, design option, inclusion, image or project description is indicative unless expressly confirmed in a written project-specific document. A quotation is governed by its stated scope, assumptions, exclusions and validity period.
Residential building contracts: Where a project proceeds, the work will be governed by a separate written contract and the documents incorporated into it. These website terms do not replace any contract required under NSW home building law.
4. Designs, images and project material
Plans, renders, design studies, photographs and other visual material may be illustrative, conceptual or representative unless identified as verified completed work. They must not be treated as a promise that a particular result, product, approval or site outcome will be available for every property.
Project outcomes vary. Materials, colours, scale and appearance can also vary between screens, samples, final selections and constructed work.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, website text, branding, layouts, graphics and original content are owned by or licensed to JYL Construction and are protected by intellectual property laws.
